Just in case you think I got lost, you can rest assured I haven’t.
(Although with the amount of stuff we have to pack it’s quite easy to get buried alive in there…seriously)
Sadly, I still haven’t found any time to be creative.
My current routine consists of work, eat, work, sleep, pack, pack, pack and repeat.
On the upside, only 3 more weeks to go. On the down side, only 3 more weeks to go! *yikes*

Just wanted to drop everyone a quick note to say my creative energies have been re-directed as of late.
We are currently at the 4 week countdown stage.
Otherwise known as the common Raven is one of my favorite birds.
There’s just something about them that fascinates me.
I like the way they hop about with their shiny black feathers and smart beady eyes always sizing you up.
But most of all, I love the sound they make, that shrill caw always brings a smile to my face and a sense of excitement.
Perhaps it’s nostalgia and nothing more.
Today was a long day at work and I didn’t feel like creating anything very complex, colorful or time consuming.
Instead, I went for a simple noise reduced, black and white piece.
I’ve called it: “Quiet snowfall”
