Dark Sky & So Called Chaos

Meh. I think it’s the weather, but I’m feeling totally draggy today.

I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning and I’m still contemplating going back…

But at least I’ve been semi-creative the last couple of days.

I’m working on two new paintings.

One is a 16″ x 20″ acrylic version of my screaming man.

I figured I should turn the original into a painting since it seems to be pretty popular and I didn’t like the quality of the original; it was done on plain B5 paper with Sharpies.

The second piece I’m working on is going to be an abstract hand on 8″ x 10″ canvas. Here’s the rough sketch, don’t get too attached I doubt it will look anything like that when it’s done.

Oh ya and that much larger piece I mentioned in my previous post I’ve only had the time/energy to do the preliminary sketches for it. Here’s a sneak peak and again, it’s just preliminary so there’s no telling what it will look like when it’s finished. It’s going to be on a 24″ x 48″ sized canvas.

And to think, when I started this post I didn’t think I had much to say. Go figure. As a final note, I also have another possible commission job. I’ll fill you in when things are confirmed. Well I guess that’s it for now. I do have a couple of old paintings that I was going to share with you but I guess I’ll wait for another time for those.

Oh one more quicky. You may have already noticed, but I’ve added a photo to the about me page/changed my icon. J thinks I look well, displeased. What do you think?
